  1. Design and build the necessary spaces (classrooms, rooms, offices, and recreation areas). Work under construction.
  2. Design and document the curriculum (program) and working system per attention area for each one of the six model programs (communication, academic, social skills, sensory integration, motor, and self-help/autonomy) Target enrollment: 80 children and teenagers. Current enrollment 40 children at Cepia
  3. Define, design and purchase teaching materials and equipment for the academic program, including communication, social skills and sensory integration.  Adjust to local language and culture requirements.
  4. Purchase specialized equipments for motor program and self-help and autonomy program.
  5.  Design and implement the formation, training, and assessment program for the teaching personnel, including training of new personnel. Complete implementation of the designed program during the first year of operations
    • Document content and define training format
    • Define evolution tool  and application dynamics and follow-up
    • Identify teachers with degree or students who wish to participate in the program
    • Train teaching personnel
  6. Design and implement the assessment and follow-up program for children and teenagers enrolled in the education program. Complete application of the designed program during the first year of operations
    • To define evaluation and frequency tool(s)
    • To train personnel in the use of such tools
    • To create follow-up and statistics database
  7. Structure the out-patient diagnosis and evaluation service: tools, personnel, and information and follow-up systems. Installed capacity for 10 consultations per week during the first year of operations and 30 during the second year.
    • To define diagnosis and evaluation tool(s) and incorporate news advances in the area
    • ‘Culturally’ adjust materials: language + examples.
    • To hire and train personnel.

    8. Establish a training program (workshops, seminars and courses) for professionals and create the necessary alliances to be able to supply such training and its corresponding certification. Establish one alliance and offer a graduate level seminar.
    • To define the types of necessary programs and establish priorities
    • To structure and document content and determine teachers
    • To structure alliances

    9. Create an assistance program for the integration in regular contexts.
    • To design materials and advisory dynamics and follow-up in regular contexts
    • To recruit and train responsible professional

    10. To create an internship program for autism information disclosure and awareness among young talents and in formation within the psychology, educational psychology, and special education area. 6 internships per year during the first year of operations
    • To design the internship program: content, duration, exposure degree to students, follow-up mechanisms
    • To identify and hire group of candidates

    11. To create degree research projects/thesis programs in the institution to structure the research, development and collection of information related to autism.
    • To define research priorities
    • To identify programs scope (i.e. reference terms)
    • To contact possible students for such degree research projects.

    12. To create an information and advisory program for parents and representatives (content, format, speaker, frequency). One per month during the first year of operations
